Four Things to Know About Me:

-- My parents were both Called Workers, so I have moved from South Dakota, to Michigan, and then to Wisconsin, where I have now lived for 20-some years

-- I was inspired by my uncle and wanted to be an artist like him when I grew up. Unfortunately, I am terrible at drawing, so I enjoy being creative with digital means instead

-- I love to sing! I sing with my church choir, the praise band, and with The Lutheran Chorale of Milwaukee

-- I enjoy playing all sorts of board games, card games, and video games. It's a good way to relax and spend time with family and friends

Two Facts About My Family:

-- I was adopted with my sister when I was 2 years old

-- I met my husband in college at WLC, where he now is an adjunct teacher (in addition to his regular job)

One of My Favorite Bible Verses Is & Why: 1 Timothy 4:12 - “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”

-- I love this verse because it reminds us that we can still make an impression on others even if we are not preachers or teachers. Young or old, you can let your Christ light shine for others to see!
